The most common questions about sending and traveling with Pakiter.

Pakiter is an app to send small parcels with people already traveling to your parcel’s destination. Instead of creating a dedicated delivery, it uses spare space on already-planned trips.
Pakiter reduces risk with user verification, protected payment, profiles with history and reviews, in-app chat, item photos and code-based delivery confirmation.
The payment isn’t released automatically. Pakiter can review the request, the chat, the photos, the confirmations and the history before making a decision.
The sender pays through the app, but the traveler is only paid after delivery is confirmed. This avoids direct payments outside the platform.
You find a traveler with a matching route, create a request with photos and item details, make the protected payment and arrange pickup and delivery through the app chat.
Small, permitted and safe items. Illegal, dangerous or legally prohibited items are not accepted. For each shipment, the sender accepts a Declaration of Responsibility about the declared contents.
No. Each traveler decides whether to accept or decline. If the request is declined, you can look for another traveler without filling everything in again.
Not yet. We’re opening routes gradually and testing with real users in selected markets.
